The Good Talent is much more than meets the eye. With over a decade of experience building relationships with - and placing - high caliber ERP, CRM and project delivery professionals we are a specialized, quality driven recruitment and staffing agency.
Our particular focus lies on the MS Dynamics ecosystem in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas, and since recently across other states and Latam due to a bigger appetite for remotely based, value-adding specialists.

Founder
The Good Talent was founded by Rory de Goede, a Dutch, born and raised near Amsterdam, lived in Spain, married to a Costa Rican/Filipina wife with trilingual kids who were born in Australia.
After spending 12 years as a specialist IT/ERP recruiter across Europe and Australia, he moved with his wife and kids from Down Under closer to family and started The Good Talent initially from his in-laws’ spare bedroom.
Running his own firm would allow him to offer more tailored services and experience to clients and the community that traditional recruitment firms typically wouldn’t invest in.
Rory is a strong believer that success comes through hard work and building genuine relationships and is excited to see many specialists progress their careers with our support.
